Royal Canin Maxi Starter Mother & Babydog has been specially developed to meet the nutritional needs of pregnant dogs and their puppies. The recipe is ideal for large adult dogs weighing between 26-44kg during the final third of their pregnancy, as well as for weaning their puppies to the age of 2 months. As large dogs often have bigger litters, with sometimes more than 10 puppies, their metabolism has more work to do.
The recipe of this Royal Canin Maxi Starter Mother & Babydog contains a proven complex of vitamins C and E to support optimum immune system development. A combination of beneficial prebiotics (such as MOS) and highly-digestible proteins allow this Royal Canin Maxi Starter Mother & Babydog to help maintain balance in the gut flora and support healthy digestion. This kibble is also enriched with omega-3 fatty acids (such as DHA), which support normal brain development in young puppies.

very good for mother and puppies
I used the feed for a second time with my pregnant german shelpherd and she likes it a lot. the puppies look and the mom as well. the poop too has good consistence. ;-)

great granules, great price
who doesn't know about these granules, I would recommend these. I feed them always to our pregnant girl and continue to puppies from 3 weeks on.

the best food for puppies
This is the best breeding food for puppies and for expectant moms !! The puppies are really proper and vigorous with strong bones and a lot of energy and ability to concentrate !!

Reliable food for pregnant bitches
Once again I am using the Royal Canin Maxi Starter food, it gives me good condition in my girl enabling her to produce and feed healthy puppies. I will wean the puppies on to this starting at 3 weeks of age.
