Cats’ digestive systems are designed for a protein-rich diet. Standard cat foods, however, tend to have a higher proportion of carbohydrates and lower amounts of protein. In comparison, thrive uses modern production methods to ensure that the amount of animal protein in thrive PremiumPlus – Salmon and Herring is markedly higher than alternative grain-free foods.
