In addition, it may contribute to a urinary environment unfavourable for struvite stone formation due to uric acidifying properties. The sodium and potassium content is increased, which can promote a higher urine volume and dilution of the urine. The diet dry food has good taste and is therefore gladly accepted by many cats.

My cat loves it!
After my 9yr old cat developed a blocked bladder from crystals, I was advised to put him on a special diet. He was previously on a dry cat food with 9% fat content. This was the best value, dry cat food with a lowest fat content, without paying for the extortionate premium brands. He loves it!! The kibble is of a smaller size to what he is used to and my only problem now is portion management.
