My new rescue JRT aged 8 loves this, he's inclined to bolt his food, so I put some of his kibble in it and he's occupied for about 10-15 minutes with it. It's very well made and he's made no attempt to destroy it. It says machine washable. I haven't washed it yet so I can't comment on this.
