My 9-year-old Yorkie suffers with Lymphangectasia, a protein losing disease, and needs a high protein diet. Hills Prescription Diet bulks out her home cooked items and the Original is her favourite. Having been let down by another supplier I am delighted to have found Bitiba who provide a good price and excellent delivery service.

First time order from Bitibar of a Hills product I regularly use. Order very good price and all went well with delivery etc Unfortunately slight problem with food as not okay for my sick dog. Hills said I could have refund and Bitibar refunded same day! Amazing speed and efficiency as money needed by me to buy more suitable diet (again from Hills range) same day. My dog suffers with Pancreatitis and IBD and my vet has advised using this product for her, which will now be lifelong. It is very expensive at my vets so searched the internet and found Bitiba. Their prices are extremely competitive and delivery is free. I have found that some of the tins contents were defective, with the food being spoilt & not suitable to give my dog with her very sensitive stomach. Bitiba’s customer service is fantastic, dealing with my issue quickly & appropriately.
