I was very impressed with the looks and quality of the cat tree.Cats started sharpening claws even before I had finished putting it together All the fittings were present and all the holes were drilled accurately that is new ! Also looks very pleasing on the eye.Definitely recommend to others

I bought this tree in place of my old one. One level was split on opening and I was kindly given a reduction to keep it and fix myself or a replacement. I had it fixed with filler and it was OK. The problem I found was the cats would not use it. It isn't comfortable for them to sleep on so I bought 2 hammocks and attached them to the sides of second level,these they use. The top padded cushion is too high and awkward to reach so I have lifted them on. They have to jump from the top. Not good.

Don't hesitate, this tree is superb! It's super sturdy , incredibly easy to keep clean & looks good too. I have purchased all three of the Natural Heaven cat trees & highly recommend them all.

Good quality tree which is easy to put together. Both my cats were on it straight away, they love the large scratch poles and looking out of our living room window from the various vantage points. Our smaller cat who is just one year old was already sleeping in the bed on the top shelf by Day 2 (Day 1 I did wash the bed and mats to get rid of the slight smell they had, nothing bad, just a manufacturing smell I think - they washed really well on a gentle 30 degree wash by the way). The tree is robust enough and large enough to cope well with my almost 6kg cat as well, a lot of trees don’t cater well for larger cats but this one certainly seems to. Also seems stable enough so far even though it’s a lot higher than it is wide. Recommended.
