My cats bit through this in a matter of days and got out. Definitely don't leave active cats alone if using this

We hung this mesh over our windows to keep the cats in our new home, but after just one day they had managed to deform parts of the mesh and had, I think, bitten some 'til it broke. Luckily not a huge section, so no escapes, but I am not comfortable with it as a cat-containing solution! Hopefully I can return the unused mesh for the rest of the house. Perhaps if you have small or less intelligent cats... On the plus side, it was easy to hang, and came with good instructions, so I have given it some stars on that front!

I like this net because it is not fixed and at the same time it’s very durable, it does not tear when my cat bites it and it stays in place even when she jumps on it. Now my kitty can go out to the balcony without me worrying about her.
