Having tried a few pet feeders that continually jam, this feeder is wonderful. It's simple design for dried cat food works perfectly. The hopper lasts for ages and is so easy to detach. The batteries seem to last forever. Ps, I've had this feeder for 5 years, I must have changed the batteries at some point. Suggestions for improvement. Some way to know when the hopper is low, but then the cat does tell me. A link to home automation would allow me to finely adjust the portion, winter/summer

This feeder looks very good order received the next day excellent service, the feeder is for our Barn Cats which are away from home, it was easy to set up Cats like it only fed them twice but all good so far
