Bitiba delivered the WRONG product! I contacted them immediately online (5 p.m.) It's now 21 hours later & NOT A PEEP FROM BITIBA!

This is a nice new addition to my cat's menu. She is a picky little thing and this will add to a variety of foods to pick from. Luckily, it's something she enjoys. Plus, I am happy that it will give her teeth extra care.

I have placed a few orders recently, including a number of Royal Canin wet and dry foods which the cat is delighted about. I'm happy too because the items were delivered in a flash, were at bargain prices (cat has pocket money left over!), and packaging was secure, sturdy but not wasteful. Cat also loves the box. Turns out he is not too fond of toothbrushes. We won't buy another, despite it being excellent. I need my remaining eye. Hand reattached with some success. Three cheers to you bitiba%!

I've tried about all the top dry food brands over the last 6 years. Unfortunately, most of them have kibble that's much too small. This kibble is the ideal size and my cat likes it the best anyway. Shame it's not grain-free but I go with what my cat likes the most anyway. Who cares about grain-free if they refuse to eat it?!!

My 3 Coonies love this food. The kibble is the perfect size for Maine Coones. Sadly, 2 out of 3 of them have had loose stools (maybe due to added psyllium) so I've switched over to RC Sensible.

We were recommended to swap to this product by our vet, due to increase in tartar buildup. Was sceptical at first as our 3 cats are fussy eaters and had taken a while for us to find a product they liked - wasn't keen to change. However we tried this and haven't looked back. Cats eat this as soon as served, and the texture has made a difference to the tartar. Highly recommended.
