Up until a few months ago I had no issues with the food apart from the hard rice grains which my cat has difficulty in engaging with as he has lost most of his teeth. However there has been a significant change in the consistence and water content and a change in colour but the latest batch has returned to the consistency and quality I expect, really hoping that they have resolved the quality issue as I depend upon this food

I agree with the comments other users have left as the last two orders of this product have been a huge disappointment, watery, sludgy, etc. I have had occasion to find foreign objects bone splinters, wood splinters and have complained. I have also complained about the hardness of the rice grains as my cat who uses this product had 15 teeth removed and will not tolerate the hard grains. However the last order I have received shows a marked improvement and the consistency is not watery and sludgy

I been buying this over a year and was good quality it’s the only food that helps my cats diarrhea but now the quality had changed from a good quality firm paste to sloppy watery rubbish. I complained about the quality and they said no change of recipe am I the only one who’s noticed the change?

Last batch of this is terrible something has happend my cat needs this food but it’s in terrible condition now I got nothing that will help my cat
